“ Pulled into my apartment complex after work and was trying to figure out dinner. This giant red food truck was in the parking lot ready to dish out some delicious birria goodness. So after a quick text to a friend asking what should I do Tacos or something else(not worth mentioning), without hesitation came ‘Tacos’. I should have known that is what she would have said. So, the 4 tacos it was and let me tell you... THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMZING!!! I probably could have, definitely didn’t need to, get more. The flavor, the right amount of spice/seasonings. I’m glad she said the tacos. If you see a big red food truck with a red bull on it (NOT the drink), stop by and get some deliciousness! And the reason I gave 4 stars on atmosphere was I went back to my apartment. ”
“ Just driving up to this spot you can smell the birria. Smelled wonderful. Smelled even better while ordering. I ordered the ramen birria and the quesobirria which didn’t make the photo because as soon as it got in my sons hands - it was already devoured. Came with all the fixings . It’s mouthwatering you really can’t beat the taste. Meat is tender and this bowl has a great amount of meat in it . Not too spicy not to sweet . It’s perfection! A must eat! ”

The cheese in the quesadilla was melted to perfection!! The Strawberry Hochata was so good as well! The portion of meat was very good as well. The staff was really nice as well. “ I love this place, the service is always wonderful, the food is delicious. They give you a good amount of birria, Cilantro and cebolla. I've had places that don't give enough meat or the tacos are the small street tacos. We got 2 family packs and for 2 adults and 5 children and it was enough to make 2 meals! They have a area to sit down and enjoy the food, never been in there but its awesome for the customers. Muchas gracias! Y dios bendiga ”
“ Great experience!! Attended today with a big group, service was fast, food was great, not to mention delicious. I recommend the birria pizza and mulitas. Made to order and don't worry about the wait time. Fast service here is no joke. Inside the stablishment is enough sitting for big parties. Restrooms are big, clean and equipped with wipes and automatic hand dryers. Enough parking in the rear for convenience. I can't express enough how happy and satisfied we were to eat here. I recommend you visit soon. ”
“ On the way to White Sands National Park from Dallas and saw this spot on google. Decided to stop by and we didn’t regret. We got some birria tacos and birria tradicional, I have to say that it was the best birria tacos that I’ve ever had, birria tradicional was excellent as well. We also got a strawberry horchata and cucumber lemonade. Everything was on point! Definitely be back if we’re in town! ”
“ Side Notes: •My camera is damaged at the moment so the quality is not as it is in person!! •We arrived 15 minutes before Google says they close which was 5PM and they stayed open serving food even after we left which was 6PM. Gonna have to stop by or call and see if they are open. Got a craving for some Birria Tacos so the family and I came to try this Food Truck spot. Due to the amount of establishments that get the dish wrong I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival you can quickly see your Menu options and are greeted by the staff. The staff here were very kind as well as professional during our visit and made ordering easy. We ordered several orders of Birria Tacos as well as their Birra Grilled Cheese which I personally have not yet had or seen so we had to try it. For our beverages we ordered a Mexican Coke and several Strawberry Horchatas, a beverage I have also never seen or had before. It was not busy so the wait was little. They own the building right beside the food truck so we were able to dine in! No messy car and no waiting to get home! The place was clean, the tables and seating were clean, the air was fresh and the ambience was relaxed. Outside there's plenty of parking space. Our food came and the anticipation was over. Quickly I understood the prices. Here they are very generous with the portions. Normally establishments give slim tacos with small sides but not here. The tacos are loaded with meat and cheese and sides are plenty. The little consome cup was filled rather than being at half. There was plenty of radishes, onion, cilantro, lime slices as well as their in-house made chile de arbol. After devouring the tacos we all tried the Birria Grilled Cheese and it was fantastic. The sandwich had their Birria and cheese on some Texas Toast which I believe was dipped and fried. First time to ever try it and it is a must try! The Strawberry Horchata was also very good so we ordered several! A beverage that we believe you should try! Overall we are very happy with our visit! We had no issues of any kind. The prices are higher than average and justified. Our meals were absolutely delicious! The staff were kind and professional. At the time of our visit parking was plenty and seating was plenty. Definitely one of the better spots for Birria Tacos and we will be coming back! The photos are current as of today 10/20/2023. ”
